Take this time to get comfortable getting upside down if this is a newer skill to you. Try to accumulate at least :90 inverted throughout this time. If HSPU are your goal, accumulate at least 15 controlled eccentric HSPU. Work on kipping if you have them strict, trying to accumulate 15 as well.

Continue the progression for pull-ups. Focus on your hollow position throughout the pull. Accumulate at least 20 quality reps weather it be controlled eccentric, banded, strict, kipping or butterfly.
