Reverse bear crawl (1 length)
6 Goblet Squats (3-3-X-1)
:30/side, Mixed grip KB static hold (1KB in front rack, 1 KB overhead)
TGU practice: use foam block or shoe on fist to practice balance. Eventually adding weight and accumulating 8 TGU/side. Take reps slow and work up to a moderately heavy but smooth rep on each side.
Accumulate 2:30 of standing double kettlebell front rack hold, moving up in weight each set if possible.
May go back and forth between movements throughout this time.
