Love Schedule Update
We are continuing to evolve the schedule. Here is an update which includes new session times and several new programs. This is just the beginning of a newer, bigger, and ever more bad ass LOVE.

- Love Fit: 9AM Monday thru Friday, 430PM Tuesday & Thursday *Love Fit workouts are for individuals looking to be lean, strong and healthy for the long-haul. This program is comprised of simple movements that deliver the most efficient ways to improve body composition, get strong and healthy. Simple movements do not mean easy sessions, note that. *Thursday sessions start on 10.6
- Love Gymnastics: 630PM Tuesday, 1030AM Saturday & 1030AM Sunday *Love Gymnastics is being developed by Coach John. The goal is to empower you as a student of gymnastics. The sessions are designed to educate the athlete about basic gymnastics movements. Understanding and practice of these movements with proper form undoubtedly helps athletes progress and improve their general physical preparedness. Personal Coaching is also available with Coach John.
- Love Body: 230PM Friday *Love Body will create a balanced regime of heavy movements, agility training, mobility work and isolation movements that will transform your body faster than anything else.
- TEAM 7am Saturday AM *This will stay constant until Jan 1. This will be an advanced setting, you are expected to know all basic CF movements.
- Love WLC will stay an open format until further notice. Thursday PMs are still set to training with Coach Victor Gallegos, Level 5 International USAW Coach.
