Handstand: Accumulate :90-2:00 upside down on the wall. Work on coming off the wall into freestanding if possible. Progress to shoulder taps while against wall. If able, try freestanding shoulder taps.
TGU: Work up to a heavy double TGU/side. Start with foam block or shoe on fist, focusing on balance and keeping your eyes on your hand
