D.) Standing DB Strict Press x 8

Shoulder Press (Establish 1RM for the day in 12 min)

Push Press (2 x AMRAP @ Strict Press Max for the day)

Extra Credit (Weight)

Accumulate 2:30 in a side plank on both the R and L sides. Your free hand holds a DB reaxhed towards the ceiling, elbow locked out. Break up time if needed.
