Partner B: 8 Landmine Push Press (Switch arms every round)

-1 Minute Rest after 5 minutes

-Switch movements and restart 5 minutes

Hollow Bear (AMRAP – Rounds)

Partner A: Bear Crawl Blue to Blue and Back

Partner B: Hollow Hold 2 x 20s with 10 s rest in between (:50 interval)

-Partner B rests until Partner A returns

I Burp, You Hold (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 Minute AMRAP

Partner A: Strict Knee Raise Hold

Partner B: 8 Burpees to a Target

-Once Partner B has completed 8 burpees, partner A begins burpees ONLY once partner B has initiated knee raise.
