Justin Doran : Co-Owner and Assistant Coach 

Justin enjoys pursuing new ways to scare and challenge himself. His journey has seen him train in martial arts, bouldering, trail running, and weight lifting. CrossFit was a natural progression and he began training this in his garage back when the Main-Site was only read by a few knuckle-heads. He has years of coaching experience and has worked with a wide variety of athletes.

Justin has always taken an interest in high-skill activities. In addition to CrossFit, he also enjoys teaching and training MovNat. He has trained directly under various MovNat instructors and has assisted for several MovNat workshops.

Mischa Jemionek has played  sports through college and found crossfit to satisfy her need for challenge and competition. Also, as a corrective specialist she uses many foundational concepts when evaluating, rehabilitating, and preventing injury in collegiate athletes. She is a certified Athletic Trainer since 2005 and has worked with various sports at Villanova and Temple including Football, Field Hockey, Crew, Lacrosse, and Women’s Basketball.  Currently she works at Princeton Univeristy with Women’s Soccer and Lacrosse, and M/W Squash.

Furthermore Mischa is working towards her Level 1 Crossfit cert.
 
Mischa has run several races including the Broad Street, several half marathons, and her ultimate goal is to complete in a triathlon.
