We take great pride in the programs we offer at CrossFit Love. One of the keys to the success of our training is by placing members into a skill level that is suitable for them.
There are several training pathways each member can take at CrossFit Love, but all new members start with a one-on-one assessment. This is a free session conducted by one of our expert coaches and includes a general health assessment, a movement screen and a brief workout. This is a great opportunity to learn about our gym and program philosophy and we encourage prospective students to come to us with questions. Get started with our free assessment.
After this assessment the coach and athlete can discuss which program would best suit their needs. This includes the following:
On-Ramp – This is a month long introductory course. Participants will learn all of the basics performed in the Level 1 group class three times a week for four weeks. We strongly recommend this option for most people just starting off. Inquire here for more information on our on-ramp program.
Crossfit Group Sessions – These classes are designed to improve all facets of your fitness. We find that most people who come to us have room to grow with respect to strength, endurance, mobility issues, or all three. As a result, our general group classes place an emphasis on strength training, corrective exercises, and movement efficiency. These classes will satisfy the majority of member’s needs. They increase performance levels and improve and maintain health. Furthermore, the group atmosphere is fun and motivating; most people thrive in this environment. Personal Training – This option is self-explanatory and is great for members that need more specialized attention than what the group class provides.
