New Year, New Goals

Happy New Year, everyone! The team at CrossFit Love is here and ready to do whatever we can to help you reach your 2018 health, wellness, and fitness goals.

For our current members, we promise to motivate and challenge you throughout the year by providing valuable information in our new blog, holding monthly challenges, hosting workshops, and growing our class offerings. We are committed to growth and making the CrossFit Love community stronger than ever. Be on the lookout for more organized events and outings in 2018! We appreciate all of you and are grateful to be a part of your life and fitness journey!

 

For those of you who have been wanting to come check us out and find out what CrossFit is all about, or those who need to get back into a solid fitness routine, or those who are ready to make some new serious life changes:

START 2018 BY INVESTING IN YOURSELF AND IN YOUR FITNESS.

Our LoveBasics: Intro to CrossFit program is for everyone. No matter your age, sex, or what shape you are in, this is the way to start. We’ve revamped the schedule format and have made it extremely thorough while now being accessible to those with busy schedules. The program is $150 and covers your first full month of CrossFit with both lessons and classes.

 
All you have to do is commit to attending three times a week for a month. For the first two weeks, you are required to attend either a morning or evening LoveBasics class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Morning classes are at 8:00am and evening classes are at 8:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 7:30pm on Fridays. These six hour-long sessions will cover the fundamental movements of CrossFit in an intimate, yet interactive, environment that allows you valuable face time with our coaches. Our coaches will guide you and teach you everything you need to know and are ready to adjust or scale any of the movements to your abilities if necessary. This program is about learning CrossFit, but also making sure you feel confident in your understanding and execution of the movements so you are motivated to jump into classes and begin your journey. Each class ends with a high-energy group workout, so you are exercising both your mind and body! The second two weeks are your transition into our regular CrossFit classes. You are required to attend classes three times per week, however, you can do this around your own schedule. Our regular schedule can be found on our website.
