1) Work up to 1RM Press – 15:00
2) Press 6 x 3 @ 75-80% Superset with 40ft DB Walking Lunges
3) 5 x 5 DB Hang Clean into Push Press + 1 Rope Climb
4) Jingle Jangles :30 on, :30 off x 5
* JINGLE JANGLES 5 yard back and forth sprint.
Set up 2 cones and sprint back and forth between them, touching each cone.

*Sessions are M thru F @ 9am & Thursday at 430pm
