The Love Body program is built on basic weight lifting and bodybuilding principles. Its main focus are strength and aesthetics. Sessions will meet on Monday and Friday at 2:30pm.

These sessions are geared to help, get strong and look great naked!

How it works:
Programming: Monday will be Lower Body Day & Abs. Friday will be Upper Body Day & Abs.
Sessions: TEAM Love will guide through these 90:00 sessions. Come get the body you want.
Love Community: Everyone wants to look great and feel great! Come get motivated by our awesome TEAM!
