:25 Bear Plank with weight shifts fwd and back (slowly shift weight into fingertips and into the palm of the hand while maintaining stiffness t/o midline)

8 Lateral Box Step Ups with Plate Press Out on descent

6 Goblet squats @3-1-X-1

Back Squat (5 x 6 @(2-1-X-1) )

*Can increase weight across sets

*Goal is to finish with more weight than last week

*Superset each with a :30 low plank
