Min 2: 1 – 3 Strict MU
Min 3: :30 Freestyle HandStand Hold
*:50 Freestyle Practice or Progression Hold if not

Aerobic Accessory Work 

Run: 6 – 10 x 400M
*rest 1:1 & pace should be held within :10 of the first
