- 10:00 Coaches Group Squat Prep
  include 4 x max vertical jumps

- accumulate 30 back extensions
- 2 x 12 Reverse Hyper

ME Back Squat 

- KB / DB Step-ups 4 x 12 l then r
  then
  Good Mornings 4 x 10

- 2 Rounds
  1:00 low plank – R foot elevated
  1:00 low plank – L foot elevated
  :30 Hollow Hold, :30 Rest

Level 2 – Performance

- 10:00 Coaches Group Squat Prep
  include 4 x max vertical jumps

- accumulate 30 back extensions
- 2 x 12 Reverse Hyper

- ME Box Squat @ 2″ below parallel 

- KB / DB Step-ups 4 x 10 l then r
  then
  Good Mornings 4 x 10

- 3 Rounds
  1:00 low plank – R foot elevated
  1:00 low plank – L foot elevated
  :30 Hollow Hold
  :30 Rest
