Reciprocal Short Bear Crawl Down and Back

Crab Walk Down and Back (heels flat each step)

10 KB Squat Press outs (3s pause in hole w KB extended)

12 Box Step Ups w Goblet KB hold

Front Squat (3 x 1 @ 90%+, 1 x 1 @ 80% w 5s pause )

One, Two Step (AMRAP – Rounds)

12 Minute EMOM

Min 1: 5 Fwd Lunge + Reverse Lunge. (DB)

Min 2: 6 BB SUMO Stance Good Mornings

1 – FWD + Back = 1. Alternate legs every other round

2 – 3 sec negative . Light, either from ground or floor.

Carry (Time)

800 M Carry

Here are the rules:

1.) No Running

2.) Men = >50 total # / Women = >30 total #

3.) You can carry any object besides a barbell

4.) You can carry one object that is = to your Rx weight, or two that total your Rx weight

5.) You cannot drop your object during your carry

6.) Every drop = 1 penalty for the entire class. This will be your coach’s decision. But the entire class pays.

Ex: One 50 # DB OR two 25# DBs OR one 55# Plate

Rx+ = 80/50
