6 Alternating Spiderman Stretch R/L

1 KB RDL + 1 Goblet Squat x 10

Deadbug with Alt Heel Taps x :45

Lateral Box Step up x 8 ea

Front Squat (2×3, 1xAMRAP @ 85-90%+ )

AMRAP is at 90% or higher if feeling good.

Its May (AMRAP – Rounds)

12 Minute EMOM

Min 1: 12 MB Hamstring Curls

Min 2: 10 DBL KB/DB Split Lunge

Rx: 50/30 each arm

Alternate legs every other round.

ex: Curls, R Leg Split squats x 10, curls, L Leg split squats x 10

DONT DROP THE BABY (Time)

5 KBS

5 Goblet Squats

3 Goblet Lunge

R/L = 1

Everytime the KB is set down = 5 burpees

Rx = 50/30

Rx+=70/50

Min 1: 12 MB Hamstring Curls

Min 2: 10 DBL KB/DB Split Lunge

-Split Lunge – feet dont move, just drop back knee down

8 on R, then come back next round and do L
