In 15 Minutes, work up to a max set for the following complex:

2 Push Press

1 Push Jerk

1 Split Jerk

Rock Salt (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

9 Minute AMRAP

5 Push Ups (Rx+=Ring Dips)

10 DB Snatch @ 50/35

15 Wall Balls

30 Double Unders

4 Wheel Drive (Weight)

3 x :30 Bottoms Up Hold – Kneel To Stand

1.) Start in Tall Kneeling (same as last week) with both knees on ground and KB in front of body.

2.) Remove one leg and place into a half kneel position, stand all the way up, and then return to tall kneeling position.

3.) Repeat on each arm for :30.
