1 Max Broad Jump

2 Max Vert Jump

Back Squat (7×3 @ 70-80%)

BOX squat @ parallel

This is for SPEED

Give the bar a baby! (AMRAP – Rounds)

8 Minute EMOM

Min 1: 6 Reverse Lunges per Leg (KB in goblet pos, standing on 45# plate)

Min 2:10 BB Hip thrusts (back on ground)
Do all lunges on right, then all lunges on left

Rx = 185/145 for Thrust

60/30 for lunges

-Use either KB or DB in goblet position

Swing, Sit, Swing, Sit, Swing, Sit (AMRAP – Rounds)

8 MINUTE EMOM

Complete the following in one minute

10 Russian KBS @ HVY AP with good form

:20 wall sit @ 90 degrees

Rx+ = 45# on lap during wall sit
