Minute 2: 16 Alternating Pistols (Scales = pistol to box or bench OR standing on box and lowering down to ground.

Minute 3: 10 Push ups (Rx + = 20)

Minute 4: 15 MB Wall Ball Sits ups

Minute 5: 30 second Chin Over Bar Hold
-Farmers Carry: switch arms each round.

-MB WB Sit ups – Toes against wall, MB touches behind head. Perform a sit-up and throw bounce MB off of wall.
