Back Squat (1 x 8 @ 60%)

Back Squat (1 x 8 @ 65%)

Back Squat (1 x AMRAP @ 70%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

12 Minute EMOM

Minute 1: 20 OH ALT Plate Lunges @ 45/25

Minute 2: :45 Double Front Rack KB Hold (40/30)

Rest 3 minutes

3x :60 weighted plank
